Q. WHAT TIME WILL THE GATES OPEN?
A. Gates open at 4pm
Q. WHAT TIME WILL THE MUSIC END?
A. Approximately 10.15pm – 10.30pm
Q. WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
A. Tickets are available online and through Ticketline
Q. WHERE CAN I COLLECT TICKETS?
A. Pre-booked tickets will be available for collection from Headlands Arena box office on each event day. Please note that entry tickets will only be available for collection on the actual day for which they have been purchased.
Q. DO PEOPLE AGE 14 AND UNDER NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT?
A. Yes, under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. I AM DISABLED IS THERE A DEDICATED WHEELCHAIR ONLY AREA?
A. Yes, accessible with a disabled area ticket.
Q. IS THERE ANY SEATING?
A. There is no seating available.
Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR INTO THE ARENA?
A. Due to health and safety, you cannot bring your own chairs or seating into the arena.
Q. CAN I BRING A BAG?
A. We strongly advise you do not bring a bag into the Arena as there will be long queues while all bags are searched. If you do wish to bring a bag into the Arena please ensure that it is no bigger than A4 sized 8.27″x11.69″.
Q. CAN I BRING A MOTORISED SCOOTER INTO THE ARENA?
A. No motorised scooters will be permitted into the arena.
Q. CAN I BRING A CHILD’S BUGGY?
A. No children’s buggies are allowed into the arena.
Q. CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA?
A. No as they can restrict the view of those behind you.
Q. CAN I BRING A BAG INTO THE ARENA?
A. Yes, however bags are subject to searches and MUST be A4 size or smaller. Any bags larger than A4 will not be admitted into the arena. There is no facility to store bags at the venue.
Q ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
A. Dogs are not permitted into the arena. (except guide dogs)
Q. CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE CONCERT?
A. Food and drink cannot be brought into the arena, however we have various concession stands within the arena.
Q. HOW DO I KEEP UPDATED WITH NEWS OF THE EVENT?
A. Please check back to this website for news on the event or download the App.
Q. WILL THERE BE SUPPORT ACTS?

Q. WILL THERE BE OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON SALE?
A. Official merchandise will be on sale (when available).
Q. WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?
A. Tickets will be posted out a minimum of 2-3 weeks before the date of the event. We cannot answer questions regarding tickets and delivery; you will need to contact the company you booked your tickets with.
Q. IS THERE A DRESS CODE IN THE VIP MARQUEE?
Q. WILL WIFI BE AVAILABLE IN THE VIP MARQUEE?
A. WiFi will not be available.
Q. CAN I USE CARD PAYMENTS IN THE VIP MARQUEE?

A. Yes, however, Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. CAN I TAKE MY DRINKS FROM VIP OUT INTO THE EVENT ARENA?
A. Drinks can be taken into the golden circle.
Q. WHAT ARE THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR CAR PARKING?
A. Car parks are available across Blackpool. The nearest car parks are Central Car Park, Talbot Rd Car Park and Houndshill Shopping Centre Car Park. Please check their opening times directly.
